Refund Policy

Purchases are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record, and refunds go back through Polar to the card or account you paid with.

What can be refunded

• Yearly plans and lifetime licences: in full, within 7 days of the payment.
• Monthly plans: not refunded. Cancel any time and Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
• A charge we made by mistake (a double payment, a renewal after you cancelled) is always refunded.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email of your account, with your GitHub login and the order number from Polar’s receipt. We confirm by email and issue the refund in Polar; when the money arrives depends on your bank.

After a refund

The refunded plan ends: Pro access in the docs, the registry, the CLI and MCP is removed, and the licence for Pro code obtained under it ends too.

Refunds by Polar

As the seller of record, Polar may also refund a purchase on its own within 60 days of it, for example to prevent a chargeback. Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: it is faster for you.

This policy does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
