Cursor Glow

Glow and tilt that follow the cursor. Pro · Effects › Cursor and press feedback

Wraps any element with a specular highlight and a border glow that glide after the pointer, plus a subtle tilt. The light and the rim are painted once and moved with transforms on springs in the kit's shared frame loop — only while something moves; nothing re-renders and nothing repaints per frame. Inactive on touch and coarse pointers; with reduced motion the light follows without a spring and the tilt is dropped. Keyboard focus inside lights the border.

Props

Prop	Type	Default
`tilt`	`number`	`6`	Maximum tilt towards the pointer, in degrees; 0 keeps the content flat. Applies in the Liquid Glass theme — the Vercel theme keeps cards flat and shows only the border spotlight.
`size`	`number`	`320`	Radius of the light around the pointer, in px.
`radius`	`number \| string`		Corner radius of the wrapped element, so the light and border glow follow its shape. Default: the card radius.
`inline`	`boolean`	`false`	Lay out inline, for buttons and chips.
`disabled`	`boolean`	`false`	Turns the effect off: no pointer tracking, light, glow or tilt; the content renders as is.
