Prop	Type	Default
`certificates` *	`Certificate[]`		Certificates to watch.
`warnDays`	`number`	`14`	Days before expiry that count as "expiring". Default 14.
`onAdd`	`() => void`		Shows the "Add certificate" button.
`now`	`number`		Reference time for the countdowns (tests, server time). Default: a shared clock that ticks every minute.
`headingLevel`	`1 \| 2 \| 3 \| 4 \| 5 \| 6`	`2`	Level of the title (default 2).
`locale`	`string`		BCP 47 locale for dates.
`labels`	`Partial<CertificateListLabels>`		Overrides for the built-in English text; keys left out keep their defaults.
