`defaultExpanded`	`string[]`		Initial `expanded` when uncontrolled.
`onExpandedChange`	`(expanded: string[]) => void`		Called with the new `expanded` when it changes.
`onCreate`	`() => void`		Shows the "New token" button.
`onRegenerate`	`(id: string) => void`		Shows "Regenerate" in an expanded row.
`onRevoke`	`(id: string) => void`		Shows "Revoke" in an expanded row (confirm first).
`headingLevel`	`1 \| 2 \| 3 \| 4 \| 5 \| 6`	`2`	Level of the title (default 2).
`locale`	`string`		BCP 47 locale for dates and counts.
`labels`	`Partial<AccessTokensLabels>`		Overrides for the built-in English text; keys left out keep their defaults.
