`diff`	`AgentApprovalDiff \| AgentApprovalDiff[]`		What changes: one text or several files, shown as a unified diff.
`onApprove`	`(input: AgentApprovalDecisionInput) => unknown`		Called by Approve. Return a promise to show progress until it settles; a rejection keeps the gate open with an error.
